You're not their yet unless you put in for one of the wilderness areas. There you must have a guide ($7000and up) so if you're going guided go for it, otherwise it takes over 10.

:grin: Just sent my application in for a non-resident mule deer license! Man, that was $473... Still, with luck I'll get drawn. It's been a few years since I hunted Wyoming and I'm itching to get back there.
