I might of asked this before, don't remember.......how does antelope stack up against other wild game in the taste department?

If you can get an antelope that doesn't know you're there before you shoot it, the meat is really yummy. A touch of sage taste.
If you shoot one after it's been spooked and ran a way, it's very gamie, with strong sage taste.
When it's like that, it's great in chili.
