Today while I was working on the French drain the daughter came by. She asked if we could dig my SIL final resting spot. They have obtained the legal paper work to bury him on the farm. I walked the excavator across our east pasture, past the gardens and up to the NE corner of their place. It’s a good spot.

He is with the Lord, free of the pain and misery of mortality. A happy day for him and a terrible one for those of us who tarry.

Thank you all, had a wonderful small service this morning and buried him in the NE corner of their property. He will have a wonderful view of the Blue Mountains and Eagle Cap wilderness for eternity.
