My taxisermist just got back from a Colorado elk hunt. He was shooting some E-Tips that I loaded up for him in a 280Rem with RL22 @2950fps. He shot his bull at 190yds. The 5x6 bull was quartering to him. Mike shot the bull in the sholder and the bullet past threw the elks ribs on the other...

Thanks POP, I am running 71.5gr of RL19, Fed 215M primers, and 180gr TSX @ 3100fps... This load did great on my caribou hunt.....

Do you think that the 300Win with 150gr E-Tip did a better job moose hunting than your 7mm STW with 150gr NP?

Anyone shooten a 325wsm? If so likes-----dislikes? I like the 8mm bullet but hate the low BC!!! Thanks randy.....

After see what the 150gr E-Tips did for you moose hunting. Its got me fired up and ready to run some in my 300wsm........ Hope Nosler will make some 250gr 35cal E-Tips soon......

Mike, I shot the barrel out of the 300Win so I rebarrel to 358STA :twisted: I have now a set of 300Win dies that are not getting used thinken I may need to get new 300 so I can use my dies agen.......

I have played with the 150gr E-Tip with a 280Rem and RL22... This rifle will shoot most aything under a inch and thats what it did with the E-Tip to.....My taxidermist just shot him a 5x6 elk with it...
