280Rem 150gr E-Tips

My taxisermist just got back from a Colorado elk hunt. He was shooting some E-Tips that I loaded up for him in a 280Rem with RL22 @2950fps.

He shot his bull at 190yds. The 5x6 bull was quartering to him. Mike shot the bull in the sholder and the bullet past threw the elks ribs on the other side. The bull droped in his tracks....... The new E-Tip is good stuff!! When I get a photo I will post it......randy.....

Good to know..Gonna stuff some in a few STW cases this spring. 8)
JD338 here on the forum has had good shooting from his 280 AI and the 7mm 150gr E Tip.
