Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to all of you.
Today we went shooting and I wanted to show off some of my work with my 22-250 I got a while ago.
First pic is 35.5 grains or Varget with a 50 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip.
Second pic is 36 grains of Varget with a 50 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip...
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Have a great day and get ready to shoot tomarrow.
Working 6am to 2pm tomarrow in the hunting and reloading dept. I love my new job. We got a good number of bullets, ammo and brass so tomarrow should be a good day for the customers.
At 2 I am heading to the gun...
Thanks. It is one of three events I am in that day. I have 500 rounds for the 2x4 splitting event as well. 44 mag with Barrie's bullets loaded to 700 FPS with the double struck lead HP's. Should be a bast.
I have done some work with the ETIP bullet and it looks like I will get a nice load for it as well.
Planning on doing up a load with the Berger VLD as well.
During site in days at our club I was able to do .25 groups at 300 yards for hunting. I love this rifle.
I wanted to share this target with you folks.
30-06 Federal Match Round

Bullet: 168gr Sierra Match King
5 bullets at 100 yards

Hi guys,
Been awhile for me to come around but I wanted to show you my new pistol.
I call it SAM in honor of my passed brother. He would crap if he saw that I got a big hand gun and all the reloading I am now doing. LOL
It is a Ruger Super Redhawk 44 mag.
7.5 inch stainless with a Millet...
I have the sig P229 in 357 sig and 40 S&W. I love this pistol. I have been reloading the 40 S&W with Nosler 135 gr JHP, Speer Gold Dot, in all grains made and have to say they shoot really great.
The best pistol I have ever owned.
Glad to see others enjoy them just as much.
That is one thing I miss about California. Since moving up here to Vancouver, Wa, I have yet to find a cherry as good as CJ Olson's cherries in Sunnyvale. They have the best cherries I have ever had in my life. Oh I wish I could get some good cherries again.
We are getting powder of some types and bullets are starting to hit here in Vancouver, Wa and Portland, Or. No primers as of yet, but things are moving in the right direction.
Went to the club today and got my 22-250 sighted in. It was getting a little crazy up there and so I did not get to shoot my Etip loads. It was a bummer but I will get a chance soon to try them out.
On a side note the 22-250 is shooting great. Now I will get some other loads started and go...
Right now I am taking it slow and loading to specks from loading book I have. Loading it with low grain loads and going from there. No way am I planning on pumping things up untill I see what everything looks like and how the gun handles the load. It may not be the hottest loads but it will...
