thanks for all the replies...accuracy should be no problem and I "usually " hit where I aim. But like some have said there is always a margin for error and the 300 will work the best. Until I have a few kill shots under its belt the 25 wssm will stay in the vault and the 300 will be the go to...
I hear ya Jim..I don't get out there to hunt very often and usually carry enough weapon in my 300 to get the job done. I guess I am trying to push the lower limits. If used I would most certainly use a 120 gr partition or maybe a 110 gr Accubond. Decisions decisions...LOL

Thanks for sharing!! I like the heavier bullets myself as it will be used mostly for deer and some coyote hunting...let me know where you end up with the goat load and good luck on your hunt!!

That Venture looks promising!! I have been looking at them for awhile now...how do you like the gun? I am a .280 fan myself and I am l thinking of buying one and getting one in a 300wsm when they make it out.
Scotty I do have some pics that I will post..just don't have them available right now...I have seen quiet a few on Gun broker if you have deep pockets...LOL The Winchesters are more available than the Brownings it seems...but they are also higher for the most part..I really like the accubond...
