I have not had "hundreds of rifles" but have had quite a few over the years. Never worried about barrel breakin with factory barrels. I run a patch or bore snake through every 5 for the 1st session or two and never shoot em with a hot barrel. Worked fine for me. Long

Well I just bought the Rem 700 SPS Tactical(see my previous rant). I don't like the XMark Pro trigger or the stock and I wish it had a mag cuz its a pain to load from the top. But yesterday I was shooting sub 1/2" groups consistantly with it. So at least for now it'll do. Do the Vanguards...

Its all I use. I let it sit overnite and it's amazing what all comes out. The only problem I have is that I have to order it as I never see it in the stores. Long
