The 140 AB will do just fine for you if you do your part from behind the rifle......I wouldn't even hesitate with that bullet. If it is grouping good on paper, just go out and Get'er'Done...Likely a Bang Flop deal....

Very Nice rifle, I have always dreamed about something like that but never took the plunge.

If I had to rate the game we have here in SK the white tail would be second. The only animal that is tougher than that up here is an elk. I have witnessed a white tail being shot with a 30-06 150gr, and hit perfect, and take off like nothing happened. But it did drop within about 75 yards.

For sure i would shoot him, but it looks like I'm 10th in line according to the above posts....
