I would go with the 150 grain Etip, but to be honest a Nosler Ballistic Tip should work just as well

414 or any of the 4350's should do well in that range of bullets in the 243 Winchester :) Also IMR 4007ssc would be worthy of a try

Ramshot powders up here in Canada are hard to come by. I usually use Hodgdon, IMR, or Alliant. H4895 seems to be the "go to" powder in my 338F

designed in house? not from scratch, that is for sure. They slabbed a Howa/Vanguard and coated it with MicroSlick, install a great trigger, and drop it in a quality fiberglass stock. Dont get me wrong, it's a hell of a rifle and I do like it, but its nothing more than a custom Weatherby VG :)
