Those bullet choices will work great, just need to find out which of that ammo your rifle likes best.

FWIW, The loads for my '06, a Vanguard Sporter, have an OAL of 3.39" and works very well through the magazine.

That's why I strictly go by accuracy when I develop a load for my rifles. If I get a nice tight group size that satisfies me for that rifle, the velocity is what it is, period. Of course I don't hinder myself, I start with a powder that has the best potential for making good velocity.

How about Nosler 200gn JHP with a 28.5gn of H110? :grin:

Probably the same writers that froth at the mouth about velocity and never or hardly mention anything accuracy. I still like the phrase, "Velocity is nice, but accuracy kills".

IMR 4350 is what I'm using in mine for 260ABs. My avg velocity is around 2990fps.

+1, I've taken a 4x4 elk with the 260AB out of my 375RUM. I do have a 300AB load developed, but really don't need it.

Me and my hunting friend use the Rhino 655T. Spendy, but worth it. Use it sledding too.

Well, the individual I'm doing this for got OK results from 71gn of IMR 4350. I set them up using Fed 215M, Win brass and a COL of 3.360. The 71gn gave a little more than 1 MOA. I'm going to load up some 72gn for him to try and go from there.
