    180g .338 bal. tip

:? yeah.........why? i don't have a .338 currently, but have thought about one in handgun form several times. reports say that the 180gr balistic tips work great in .338JDJ. heard a .338 federal(on .308 case) is comin out too. shooters need more bullet options.....not less

    7mm-08 120bt or 140bt

i use 41.5gr of H4895 with 120gr noslers at 2800fps in my 15" encore. it shoots excellent! only killed one deer with the bullet, but i think it's bout perfect at those velocities. Varget would be another good powder to try. it gets good reviews, especially with 140's.

35 caliber balistic tips?....in lighter weights?

that is an option, and thanks. i really had spitzer bullets in mind for longer ranges. i should easily achieve 2100-2200fps 15' from the muzzle of the 14" 35rem contender.

35 caliber balistic tips?....in lighter weights?

nosler have any intention of adding to the bt line in 35 caliber? a 180gr and 200gr version would give a lot more options. especially for my 35rem rimmed 14" contender. 8) i'd think the 225 a lil much bullet for smaller 35's.

Let's not forget the Specialty Handguns...

yep, the specialty handguns need a better classification other than just plain........ "other manufacturers". Thompson center, savage strikers, xp-100's, and various revolvers are used by a lot of handgun hunters out there. 8)
