Well I got a little upset and got the drill out and went after the seating stem of my 30-06 die. Well after some drilling I put it together and seated 6 bullets to within +/- .002". I guess it just needed to be opened up for the longer bullets. I figured if I messed it up I could buy a new one but so far so good with my modification. I am going to smooth it out so it does not leave a ring on the bullet but for 6 rounds it should not hurt much. Thanks for the help again guys. For a guy on his own, this site is wonderful. :mrgreen:
