110gr Accubonds and 257 weatherby

Has anybody tried this combo yet?? I am overseas away from my rifle but looking at trying them once I get home. Just trying to get some feedback about them. Thanks

Look for Hired Guns data here somewhere, and look for my post.
In a nutshell, if you reload, take a hard look at Ramshot Magnum with the 257 wby. I am very impressed with it and the 110 AccuBond. :grin:

Thanks for that good info. I do reload but have always used the H4831 and some of the H870 till they discountinued it. Looking at trying something different with the 110 AccuBond so will look into it. Thanks :grin:

Another thought on the 257 wby, it is capable of driving bullets extreamly fast. I am not sure we need to be on the upper limit, and backing off a few grains may be the prudent thing to do. The beauty of the 257 wby is you can exceed 25-06 AI velocities with ease, and remain in a safe pressure range in doing so.

With my limited experience with the 257 wby, it just continues to really impress me. With the Weatherby Vanguard out in 257 wby, there is opportunity for this cartridge to really gain some well deserved popularity.
