I was thinking about using the hornady 129 SST this year on deer, elk and bear in my .264 win mag, any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I have used the std inter-lok version of the Hornady 129 gr bullet in a 260 Rem and a 6.5 Swede on deer and had good results. The SST version isn`t a bond bullet, and is from what I`ve heard a little quick expanding. The SST stands for "Super Shock Tip", and I don`t know if I would trust it on elk or bear. You might try a inter-bond version if they offer it or better yet a 125gr Partition or the 130 gr AccuBond. The 264 offers very high velocity and it will stress a weaker bullet.
