I've re-introduced these into my .270 lineup of late. I lost faith soon after their original release due to their explosive characteristics. I bought a bunch of blems about two years ago in order to try out their new design and at worst have an accurate range load. They shot great, as always, out of the three .270's I load for. Then tried them out on some milk jugs and had similar results as yours. I now use this bullet in two of those .270's as a deer round and have had the success I originally hoped for. I keep MV right around 3000fps and there isn't a whitetail on this earth that can tolerate its presence.
