Any load suggestions for the 7mm 150gr ABLR in either the 7mmWSM or 7 RemMag?

Two excellent cartridges--I truly enjoy either of them. I haven't worked up loads with the 150 grain ABLR in either of these cartridges yet. Other loads have worked well. However, here are some options from QL.
Cartridge : 7 mm WSM
Bullet : .284, 150, Nosler AccuBond LR 58734 G7
Useable Case Capaci: 72.062 grain H2O = 4.679 cm³
Cartridge O.A.L. L6: 2.860 inch = 72.64 mm
Barrel Length : 24.0 inch = 609.6 mm
Predicted Data for Indicated Charges of the Following Powders.
Matching Maximum Pressure: 63000 psi, or 434 MPa
or a maximum loading ratio or filling of 112 %
