I have a couple 150 grain rhinos that I ran into the jugs last weekend.. One from the 7RemMag and the other from the 7mm-08.
The 7-08 pushed the Rhino thru 4 jugs. It still weighed 150.5 grains after recovery for 100% weight retention. Very wide frontal area. Measuring .714 in one direction and .774 in the other. My chrono is DOA but I used a max load of RL-17 per Quick load. With my 16.5" barrel should have been in the mid 2600fps range.
The 7RM pushed the 150 Rhino into the 6th jug.. estimated velocity of 3050fps.. weighed 137.2 for 91% weight retention. measured .674 across the face. The terminal performance is a lot different than from the little 7..
From the 708
When I found the bullet from the 7RM, it was "together".. But when I poured it out of the jug, the center separated from the nose.
