168 Berger VLD Hunting Bullets for 30-06

Berger's put critters down hard. Between me, my father and brother, we have killed I don't know how many elk, a huge black bear, several coyotes and even a prairie rat with 210 and 215 Berger's out of my .300. Not one required a second shot, from 100 yards out to 883 yards.

Don't have a 30-06 so can't help you there, but I have shot them out of my 300 H&H which isn't too far off. I have been able to get fantastic accuracy with them. So far have only shot one elk with the 185 VLD Hunting. Here's a link to the report on it's performance.

I've also shot an antelope with the 140 VLD from my 260 and was happy with the on game performance.
