Need to chrono and shoot at longer distance now.

How can the node be so wide?

Nice! I'm curious on the chronological speeds. I load for a friend his STW.

Wow, that's awesome! The node (as I understand it) uses wave theory to predict how much the pressure wave bouncing forward and backward down the barrel, will disturb the bullet as it exits the barrel. If you can visualize a wave, the idea is to find where the bullet exits the barrel closer to the valley of the wave than the peak. I guess that bullet just can't be disturbed.

Can you tell us a bit about your barrel? That's about as good as it can get.

Those are amazing groups for a hunting rifle. I am also curious to see the chrono results when done

Nice work! Your 7 STW is a shooter for sure.

What rifle? Shoots like a custom. 26" barrel I would guess 2950 fps.

Holy Cow those are some great groups. But you missed the bullseye every time! I would sell that rifle and get one that shoots :)

Great shooting man!

Great shooting man!

The range officer was watching close. He suggested the same thing. Told me if I gave him a hundred bucks he would dispose of the rifle properly for me.

Its a 26 inch Lilja 1 in 9 twist, I think a number 3 contour.

I would expect 2950 fps, but this rifle seems to squeeze out a few more fps than expected. We shall see.

Consider your work done and go pick out a new project off the gun rack. Nice shooting!

And finished. Congratulations of some fantastic groups and excellent shooting.

Just finished chrono work on load. Avg 2988 fps, SD 9, ES 32. Gonna make the walk out to 200 and 400 yards to shoot some groups

That is some damn fine shooting. One of my hunting buddy 7mm rem mag shoots the same, it don't seem to care what the charge is it puts them in tiny groups.

Either will give you confidence in the tight spot. How about that, physics still works! (y) Seriously fine riflery and a great load.

You have that gun singing a pretty song, it shoots extremely well. Whatever you point it at is going to be in some serious trouble.........
