Mike drew out after 12 years for his Utah limited entry bull elk. Mike hunted with High Top Outfitters in Richfield, Utah. Mike took his 353 7X7 bull on the fifth day of his hunt in 2008. Mike took the bull with one shot at 475 yards. He used a 300 Winchester Magnum and a 180 grain Nosler Accubonds. The bullet knocked the bull off his feet. Thank you Nosler!!!

The gun was a Browing A-Bolt Medallion .300 Winchester Magnum with a Leupold VX3 4.5-14X50mm Scope. Mike dialed in 4.75 minutes with a 300 yard zero. It worked perfectly. You can see the video of Mikes shot at hightopoutfitters.com on the home page.
