I went out to my hunt club today with my BIL and we got into some wood ducks. I got my limit and he knocked down two but only found one. We had a blast, even in the rain. Hoping to go again in a few days.

Just got an Email from the state of Idaho, we drew a decent elk unit and it’s only about 2 hours from where we live in Oregon. Decent ground it’s work to hunt it but it’s not likely to kill a guy.

Been doing coyote hunting the last bit. Weather was in my favor and in one week got 5 of them from ranges of 60-300+ yards. Here's a few pictures.
Used my Tikka t3x SS in 8x57 on 4 and my howa 1500 SS in 30-06 on 1.
