222 Remington

Just picked up a nice old BSA CF2 in 222 and the last time I loaded for the triple deuce was close to 40yrs ago. My load was the Sierra 52gr MK over BL-C(2). Thinking of trying it again, but hear H322 is a better choice. What do you think?

IMR or H4198 is what I have used the most of. I hear CFE223 is really decent as well. RL7 has also worked for me in the past as well. Pretty easy little cartridge to get going.

I use H 322 with a 50gr ballistic tip.

23grs BLC2 was a good load when I was loading for the 222. As others have stated 4198 in either variety did well also.
