i want to give my 223 wssm a shot at hunting whitetail. does anyone have a suggestion on what type, and grain bullet to use? i was thinking about giving the 60 grain Partition a shot. i have never hunted deer with a 22 caliber bullet, so any info would help!!
First check the rules/regs for your state, some states do not allow deer hunting with a 22 cal. If I were to try that, I would use the 60gr Partition and be very selective in shot placement.Rick.
