Nosler lists 53.0 grains of RL22 as a maximum load. It should give you good accuracy in your 240 Weatherby.

Nice caliber and shoots flatter than Kansas.

If the chamber allows you to do so, try 0.010 inches off the lands. Check this against your magazine, however. There may be some limiting because of magazine depth.

I have been looking at Bergers New 87grain VLD hunting bullet. BC runs aprox .412. Not bad. That could give the .240Bee a steamrolled ballistics. The .240Wea I have is done on their big 9 lug action, which is the same they use on their .378/460 Beemags.
