243 AI Barks and Bites! Antelope down!!!!

Our own George Samaras came out for a visit. Needless to say little death ray (243 AI) did its job very well. All antelope DRT!
Basically meat animals is what we were after.

Shilen 27" bull barrel SS 243 AI with .270 neck. Rem 700 short action in a HS Precision stock. He loads 95 gr ballistic tips at 3100-3200 fps. Shoots like nuts! :twisted:

Yeah buddy! Love that little 95BT! Super little bullet in the 243.

Any post shot thoughts? Pass thru's with them all?

Yup. Between the group (other also hunting) all shots from 180-332 yards were complete exits traversing the body including shoulder hits!

Beautiful! Just as I sorta thought. It's a sleeper amongst the 243 bullets.
