25-06 & 30-06 Brass to 280 Rem?

Ok...weird question.

How difficult is it or how would someone go about resizing 25-06 brass to 280 Rem (maybe it's not possible)? The reason I ask is I was going through my brass last night and I've got more 25-06 brass than I'll ever go through. Which got me thinking...could I neck any of this up to 280 Rem and save some money on buying brass?

Also...I swapped a guy some 308 brass for some 30-06 brass with the plan to neck it down to 280 Rem. Anyone know how to go about this?

When necking down I always make a false shoulder so the brass has a crush fit and then load a moderate charge and fire form.
