250AB Availability

Nosler, when can we expect to see the .338 250AB? Just curious as I am seriously thinking of getting a Rem. 700 North American in 338RUM and think that 250gn bullet would be the schiznit in a RUM.

As a shameless plug, an NCR in 338RUM would be the cat's meow!!!!!!

Yeah, I figured as Midway is stating July as well. Oh well, don't have the $2200 to buy it anyway, but I can start stalking up on the bullets and brass (Nolser, 338RUM Brass please) though.

You've got the right idea. I bought a scope for a rifle (450 Marlin) that I couldn't afford. Sure enough the guilt got to me and within a week I bought the rifle. It sure helps you make up your mind :wink: What is the Remingtons North American? It sounds like a custom shop rifle by the price.

Yes, it's a new for 2008 Remington Custom Shop rifle. Probably going to be my Air Force retirement gift to myself. I think 20yrs in the AF deserves a present of that stature. I thought about a 20 guage Browning Cynergy Sporting to go with my 12g Cynergy Sporting, but I think I'll get more use out of a 338RUM.

Not yet, but I did sneak out on the floor and saw "338 250AB" written on a piece of paper attached to a machine. I'm not sure if they're running them right now or they're just about to. I did however see one of the jackets, that thing's huge! :grin:
