I had a box of 115 grain 25-06 Blue Cyclones with me today while out in the hills seeking coyote... Weather was pretty awful, and no coyotes showed. The 25-06 however, was ready.

The 25-06 looks perfect with those loaded up. I should buy one some day, it was officially released as a factory round the year I was born. Hard to imagine a better open country deer load than a 115 gr BT out of a 25-06.

My #1 in 257 Weatherby will put 3 touching at 100 yards. Got several hundred just before the Virus hit.
