I am wanting to upgrade my vanguards in 257 and 300 myself :mrgreen: that should give me a free optik from VISA :lol: I tell you that finding anything with 257 written on it in stock is next to impossible ! Unless ya look in my stock pile ! Just been looking myself and since the fever is spreading I just thought I would do my part , better hurry before FOTIS finds out about the run :lol:

Scotty from what I've read the 24" tubes on a Vanguard are almost as fast as the 26" on a Mark V shooting factory ammo over a chrony. But I have never believed in the fast barrel theory.
If you do buy one I would also look for a Timiney to go along with it(JMO), didn't like the factory trigger in my S1,Didn't like the stock either( cheap plastic ) Put a B&C medalist on it. :mrgreen:
