Well done! That is blistering. These results put to bed the 257Wby vs 6.5RM vs 264WM contest running in my brain.

I've found the same with the BTs and ABs as far as POI in every cartridge except one 7mm-08. It's a nice feature and time-saver when it comes to hunting season.

Again, nice shooting.

It is hard to argue with the 264WM when it is running well. I am in the middle of scrubbing the barrel back to bare metal and getting the copper out and man, that is no small task with this heater! Now it is really becoming pretty fun to shoot, since it is falling in with all the other Winchesters!

I tried Reloader 25 in my set up Weatherby Vanguard 26" Shilen Barrel
winchester Brass
67 grains
OAL 3.300
group .566
velocity 3,000 fps
tried 68 but had a sticky extraction, 67 no problem but velocity average 3,000 fps could not get any faster started at
62 grains 2,774
63 gr 2,818
64 gr 2,888
65 2,914
66 2,969
67 3,000
68 3,045fps but had sticky bolt. So was pretty disapointed

Thats odd it was such a speed difference. I am at 67.6 and get 3180 avg with the 140 BT and AB? I am running Nosler Brass though, maybe that is the difference..

68.5 is too much in my rifle as well. Starts to get sticky as well. 67.6 seems to run well for me.

My bad guys I forgot to mention I wasn't using Nosler 140 grain AccuBond it was 140 gr XLC. That might have been why. I'm going to use 140 AccuBond but live in a small town with only one sporting goods store and have to either order online or drive 120 miles to Pueblo.

Have you got a chance to load the 140 AB yet?
