Any loads. How do they do on game? Any field reports? Thanx

Hey POP,
I found that 61.5gn of RL19, Fed 215M primer in Win brass with an COL around 2.875 gave me the best grouping (1/2" to 3/4" MOA). I do not know the velocity. I had no luck with H4831SC in developing loads for my rifle, but then every rifle is different.
Good luck with your load developement.

Pop,

My Savage .270 WSM loves 140 Accubonds and 70.0 gr of Magpro powder. I use Win brass with the flash holes cleaned (nasty burrs on Win brass), and Federal 215 primers. My particular rifle likes the Accubonds seated .060"-.070" off the rifling. This combination is giving me .25-.50 MOA consistantly, in fact last Friday I shot a .5 MOA group at 200 yards. Velocity with this load in my rifle is 3125-3150 fps. I'll be passing through Cyeyenne on the 9th of October on my way to 33 for pronghorn. Let me know if you want to have a coffee (or beer) and chat.
