Hey guys i want to work up some loads with 150's. 150 PT, 150 Deep curl and 150 Interbond. I would like to achieve atleast 3100 fps. I have R19, R22 and IMR4350. Any good ideas of start and max loads Some QL loads would be awesome-Thanks Shooting a CZ Model 3 (MRC1999) I have not tryed 130s or 150 yet in this gun only 140's. It likes the 140 AccuBond and R19. happy shooting!

That is an EASY one buddy. 65.5 grains of RL22, WW cases, CCI250's and the 150 PT. I use 66 grains of RL22 for the 150 BT. Loads clock 3130 out of my rifle with ease. Very accurate for me as well. I believe I am using 2.860 COAL for both loads as well.

It is the most consistently great shooting load I have. Plus, they hold their own out near and far...

That is some fine shooting, Scotty. I never tire of seeing those groups.

Im running 150gr berger vld over 66.5gr of h1000 @3100. Haven't tried rl22 yet.

Fouler and 3 shots.

WOW! That looks like a great load as well. 7828 works just about as well in my 270WSM as well..

not exactly .......................

All I can say is YOU with some others will be doing cartwheels

Retumbo and Magpro are also excellent choices for 150gr bullets in the 270WSM. 69.3gr of Retumbo and a 150gr Sierra GameKing resulted in the smallest 3-shot group I've ever shot with a factory hunting rifle, .286".

MG, I think if I were to start over with the load work, I would look at RL25 and maybe Retumbo. RL25 posts some awesome numbers in the 270 and 7WSM. I will likely mess around a little with it once I get my hands on Nosler's new 150 ALR.

SJB, those numbers look quite impressive, and matched up with the new ALR one could really find some use stretching the range out a bit. I plan on getting a hold of a few to try once available.

Looks like 68,5 of RL 25 would make a killer load.

I would think so Fotis. No huge gains over RL22 though. At least between 150 BT's and PT's. Both of those will easily go 3100+ without any issues or driving the snot out of it. I do think the 150 ALR is going to really bring my 270WSM back in the rifles I grab for again!
