Go for it. It ain't the same, but I suppose it's along the lines of a 120 in the 280AI, which is like lighting. The AB will hold up to those velocities.

Played with them some in my old 270 barrel as far as working on loads , not hunting. Haven't tried them in the re-barrel as of yet. I think they would do well for our whitetails. Dan.
I had them to try in my 270 Wby in a Browning B-78 w/ 28" barrel. Unfortunately I never got around to loading them before selling that rifle.
I did try the 110 gr TTSX's in that rifle and was getting close to 4000 fps with them and was still 1 gr off of max (sorry cannot find the load data at the moment, but think it may have been Re-22), and getting better than 1 MOA groups.
Figured it would make a great long range whitetail load for across large fields. Was still packing almost 2000 ft. lbs of energy @ 500 yards! Heck, that would be good enough for elk at that range!
Should make a great load in your 270 Win!
