3 day weekend!

Well I headed up to my cousin's place near Greenwater Park. Fridays we tinkered with the riding mowers & then cut grass for a couple of hours. It was sunny but very breezy :evil:. Next morning it was only +5 & a 50mph wind most of the day. Started to rain last night & continued throughout today.
My 280AI still has not had the trigger pulled .
One of these days it is going to come together I just know it :mrgreen:.
Still had a great visit to a beautiful part of the province.

Home early today but as usual the wind is just under a cyclone strength :evil:. I not even 20C here today. Man I would not mind a little global warming in my neck of the woods :wink:!

Send that rifle to me and ill do a proper 1500 round work up on it.
Just don't expect it back by hunting season if it shoots good.

I couldn't bear not shooting that. Even if it was just a couple sighters at 25 yards 2 inches low and you should be dang near on for 100. I know I couldn't wait on my 338. I shot it before I Cerakoted it before I had my scope or rings ordered. Even put a bullet into jugs. I wasn't gonna wait to throw lead!!

Vince, I was wondering when one of my friends would make me such a tempting offer.
Unfortunately we can't ship rifles across the forty-ninth 8).
I guess the real reason I am not in a big hurry is I know who built my rifle & the young smith is just top shelf in everything he does. I know that he takes great pride in his work so I have no doubt it is going to be a real tack driver.
