30-06, 250 A-Tip, Quickload

Hi all

Having some leftover Hornady 250 gr A-tip bullets after I sold my 300 Norma. I am going to sling them out of my 30-06, just for the heck of it. Not expecting much, but experiments are always fun. Can anyone with QL please help me?

Thanks a lot! Was guessing 2400 fps max, so this looks good.

Most 30-06 rifles cannot stabilize this bullet. I got a good deal on a barrel blank that happened to be 1-8 a few years ago, which should be sufficient.
