I have had great results with IMR4350 and either 165 gr. Partitions or Accubonds in my 30-06. I have to admit, I have not tried a lot of other powders because I found a load that shoots great and clips along pretty good as well.
I load 57.4 grs of IMR4350 in Winchester cases with Federal 210 Large rifle primers. I don't have any pressure signs and it chronographs at 2940-fps in my Ruger #1B with its 26" barrel. My #1B only has a fixed 4x Leupold scope on it yet I still get 1/2"-3/4" groups at 100 yards with it!
I have a feeling that either IMR4350 or H4350 are great powders for this bullet weight in the 30-06. It seems like everyone has great luck with them. That many people can't be all wrong!! Good luck with your loads.
