I found a bag of 30-30 brass I forgot I had.
It looks to be a mix of Winchester and Remington brass and all in good shape.
Rained here for the first time in a while so spent some time in the shop running the Annealeez.
Noticed that after it runs for a while the flame temperature gets hotter so I just adjust the wheels to run a little faster when it shows signs of “overcooking”.

I have a Contender barrel and a couple of 7-30 Waters barrels but now I want to buy a new rifle.
Thinking maybe a Marlin would work for me.

Tell ya, I dearly love my old Glenfield (cheap Marlin) 30-30. It carries easily, shoots just fine.

I suspect that you'd enjoy a Henry or Marlin 30-30. They're not inexpensive anymore.

Love my 30-30 also. Started life as an XLR but barrel got amputated to 21"...just to be different!
