.300 JARRETT LOADS-

A good friend of mine is traveling to South Africa this next Sept and asked
me to develope some .300 Jarrett loads using RL22 and
- Nosler Partition 200gr
-Barnes TSX 200gr
-Barnes TSX 180gr

in Jarrett cases and Federal 215 Mag-
Im starting with max .300 Wby loads.-
Jarrett developed a load with 77.5gr with Nosler 200gr Partition extremly
accurate in this particular Jarrett rifle.-

Anyone with experience in this particular round-
Pop any help with your program.
Im going to work closely with Chrono at hand.

I have kind of a backwords way of thinking. If he already has a great load developed using a 200 gr Partition why would he need another? He already has a great bullet that will equal or surpass the performance other two mentioned (which I also use). You don't mess with success. !!!!

CZ, Elkman is right on. If you have a load that works with 200gr PT's already, I would stick with that! I don't think you will do any better than the 200gr PT's. Those would be about the ultimate killing bullet in about any .308 Magnum. Scotty

OK I found this one. It is the 8mm rem mag necked down. Should be identical to the Jarrett. Not sure about shoulder angle so double check before using the data.

For sure it will help compareing differet powders,
Jarretts load for the 200gr Partition is 77.5gr, havent chrono yet,
but shoot the groups, didnt belived in his 5 grand rifles for sure
they work!!!
