.300 RUM Cases

Is anyone other than Remington making cases for the .300RUM
Remingtonman.....? any ideas? I'm taking my primer issue one
step further........it doesn't appear there is any consistancy from
case to case on the flash--hole??

That is why flash hole reamers are available to reloaders.

NOsler is making brass, and I believe Federal is also. Remington brass is crap, your right about the flash holes. Very inconsistent. I would say that Nosler is making the best brass for the 300 RUM right now. I believe www.midwayusa.com is selling brass. Now I have only heard federal is making brass, I have never seen it anywhere to be sold, so dont take my word for it. If I was you and wanted good brass though, I would order Nosler brass. How are you progressing on your loads??

I've got the larger caliber fever now. Starting to play with my Dad's 7mag too. I'm in the Denver area, so difficult for me to "just get out and test" Weather is supposed to be garbage this weekend, so hopefully next weekend. I'll keep in touch, and thanks for the info.

I don't believe that Nosler RUM brass is available yet.

Check out this site for some of the best 300 RUM brass currently available. It is sold fully resized and primed.
