300 vs. 338

This might not be the smartest thing to say and I'm more than likely going to get a bunch of crap for it but I feel the same way about the .308 cals and POP does about the .338s.

Heck, one of the reasons I do not like the 338's is that I am jealous!

They are the biggest caliber that get the attention of most bullet manufacturers. Much more than my beloved 375 (no longer in my arsenal) and 416. High BC long range choices rock in the 338. I guess they are not sick in the head like I am and see the 416 a a close quarter buffalo gun as opposed to a 500 yard goat gun! Find me a 416....
