Based upon the rapid expansion my friend gets with that bullet on relatively small southern whitetails, I'd put 4 in a row and expect it to get into the 2nd, maybe 3rd jug.
Let me know what it does for you, as I'm curious. Of the 50 or so deer he's shot with it, he's only had one exit on a broadside rib cage heart/lung shot. Of course, his muzzle velocity is 3200+ fps out of his 30-06 and our shots are generally less than 100 yards.

Tested the 125's today. I put 5 water jugs in a row on a board at 100yrds and jugs 1&2 completely blew apart, I found part of the core in jug 5 & the jacket I found on the ground behind the board in the grass.
Did your friend have to track any of the deer or they drop on the spot?

He has not lost a single deer using this bullet - and some of his shots have not been pretty !!!
Most drop in their tracks or in a step or so - majority DRT.
The furthest one has gone, he hit one too far back year before last (gut shot) and it made 40 yards.
He loves this bullet & load for where & how we hunt.
