338 winmag or 375 H&H

Hey Guys,
I ordered the 375 H&H today. I was really impressed with Brownings service. I did have to add a little money but I'll have to stop eating fast food for the week. Although they were out of stock they will ship me my new gun as soon as they get there new shipment in.

If you don't mind, which did you get, A-Bolt or X-Bolt and which version.

I choose the A-bolt. If I were to go with the x-bolt I was looking at more money out of my pocket and last week I just bought a browning 222.

I believe you'll be pleased with that A-bolt. They are a very fine rifle. Here's hoping you get that Africa trip in the near future, but not so soon that you don't have time to become acquainted with the rifle.

I will have plenty of time to do some load testing. I promised myself a trip for completing my college degree. I have until june 2010. In the mean time I will be load testing and getting used to the gun.

I got the A-bolt Medallion. I got laid off in January but found a new job and currently I am out of state for the next 6 weeks for training. When I get back I should have a new toy waiting and then i will post a picture and give a range report. I thought about starting with IMR4350 and working from there.
