375 Ruger Barrel

Well unfortunately there isn't a great demand for used ER Shaw barrels. Plus the extractor cut is on the left side, so it'll have to be set back and re-timed if someone installs it on a right handed action. That also means the extractor cut will have to re-cut as well as the chamber to get it to head space properly. It would have to be really cheap for most people to take a chance on the barrel.

The .375 Ruger is a pretty awesome cartridge, have you thought about not removing the barrel.

If you're looking for a LH M70 in a magnum cartridge you might take a look at this M70 LH Classic .270 WSM.

Is that a Long Action?

Well the rifle you posted is a long action "Magnum" bolt face not standard. I though if you were looking for a magnum bolt face rifle and could work with a short action you could save some money you couldn't recoup from trying to sell a used barrel.

Since you stated that you wanted a standard bolt face that rifle won't work unless you replace the bolt and then it will need to be fitted. So it sounds like a lose lose situation for you unless your willing to spend the money and finding a left handed M70 bolt may be like pulling hens teeth.
