"What did you think of the 350 Speer?"
Well. I have shot 3 animals with them now and none have been close 90 plus yards. I have yet to recover one of them. I was hoping for a 25 yard shot broad side but the wind was not in our favour. The moose quartering a bit toward us. The bullet entered his right front shoulder and exited his right hind quarter just right of the butt hole amasingly there was very little meat damage. His front legs crumpled and he fell nose first into the ground his back end almost came over his front end. The 350 grain bullet is a huge penetrator I would still use on any thing including the G-bears in self defence. The only con is once it enters it does not stay straight. I would have thought the exit would have opposite side, not the same side it entered on.
