I have recently started shooting and reloading for 45 Colt. I have noticed my Win and Rem cases have a measurable case rim diameter variation and difference from the CBC case brass. I measured my #20 RCBS shell holder, (inside) and it came out at .511, I have Win and Rem brass rims which are measureing as large as .513, the CBC cases have measured as small as .509.
It almost impossible to get some Win or Rem cases into the shell holder.
I want to buy some bulk brass, does anyone know how the Starline brass meassures out with regard to rim diameter?
