6.5 CM Quick load

Helping friend load for new Tikka lightweight in 6.5 Creedmoor. Would anyone be so kind nd to run a Quick Load for the following...

6.5 CM
Hornady case
Fed 210M
IMR4831
143 ELD-X and 125 gr Partition

24" barrel

My friend is a fairly new loader so using IMR4831 as that's his go to powder for all his other rifles. (243, 270 and 7RM) trying to keep everything simple and thought we could probably coax good performance out of IMR4831 with some work. Would like to get 2700-2725 fps if possible.
