6.5 PRC

Got some RL26 and 147gr ELD-M bullets. Will see how they perform. Also have some factory Hornady ammo with the 147gr.

Oh, and here is the rifle.

I got a 6.5 PRC just before hunting season. Found one box of 143 ELD factory stuff, used it to zero the rifle and get an idea of accuracy. After that I did a quick load work up with 129 ABLR's and RL26. Ended up with a node around 3200 and it shot decent. I didn't have much time to mess with seating depth or anything, but I started them .050 off and decided to leave them there for hunting.





While it isn't quite bugholing at this point, I will work on it this winter when I have some more time.

Has anyone tried the 156gr Berger? Curious to see how it performs. Having a hard time finding Nosler BT around here.
