I've had very good success with Retumbo and 140 gr. bullets in my 6.5-300 WSM.

Yes it could since the only change in dimension is the neck size. It's nothing more then a 300 WSM necked down, it could also be chambered in a 270 WSM as well.

Both MagPro and R25 shoot well in my 6.5 WSM. I use 270 WSM brass to neck down. Best accuracy combined with velocity in the 130 weight bullet was with the Swift Sirocco and 140 was the Berger hunting VLD.
