Guy, completely agree with your statement. When I work up a load I shoot till I find one that gives me the best accuracy and that's where it ends. I'm sure it saves my barrel life and the buttstock sure feels better on the shoulder.

I just started messing with these bullets in an Xbolt 7-08 I picked up. First round of development with varget showed most groups around 1” at 100, with a lot of “2 in, 1 out”. This was at mag length which is .033 off the lands. Next step is to test seating depths, so out of curiosity, how far off the lands are you with this load?
